African Violets

Surprise Royalty ...

I've been rehabbing a few plants this summer with pretty good success. However, in the process, I lost some of the identifying information. So, for some of these plants, I don't know who they are until they bloom (if then).

This week I had a surprise appearance of a plant that I thought got tossed at some point ... King's Ransom. The plant looks to be doing fairly well now, so I'm looking forward to more growth and more bloom this fall and winter ...

Can't see it too clearly,,,does it have a glitter edge? Or is my computer screen dirty? lol That is a beautiful plant! Rosie

The petals have a wide fantasy violet border surrounded by a thin boundary of white.

Thanks! It is just beautiful! Now that you mention it, I can barely see the white border but it kinda did look like glitter. So I guess I saw 1/2 of it. But it is gorgeous. Rosie
