what floor is better for walking closets, wood or carpet?

Not sure what the first question means, but I can offer an opinion on your second question. I like the look of wood more, but carpet is softer on bare feet when getting dressed. You also will need to be aware of dust bunnies hiding under hanging clothes in a wood floor walk-in closet.
