What is the type and color of flooring?

It is reclaimed wood from "Trestlewood" Not sure on the color. The builder Cameo Homes Inc. should be able to tell you the color/finish.

This is the look you get with a reclaimed, partial natural patina Oak. No stain just decades or even centuries of wear. The images below is of our version (Sawmill Oak) both unfinished & with oil finish. A poly will be darker than unfinished wood, but lighter than the oil finish. I expect it is a poly you are seeing in the installation above. Hope this helps!
