My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Zippety do dah. Wonderful roses. My new poor little Sharifa is putting up new growth after 3/4s dieback. Only 1 of 3 to do it. Chas. Darwin and Jude haven't bloomed but growth is good. Sharifa had opening buds when I unpacked them. Guess I should have disbudded.

    Love the colors on Over The Moon's bud! I'll have to reconsider this one. Neil Diamond can move in any day.
