We are thinking of buying a house d/t the property and schools. However the house was built in 1919 and pretty but not our style. If we purchase this house, it may be our forever house. How do we figure up renovation costs to determine if this is doable? We would want to create an open layout and reconfigure the bedrooms and possibly add master bedroom&bath onto first or second floor. What do you guys think? It is in Farmersville, Ohio.
