I'm going with weed; I think it's pigweed.

It appears to be Pigweed, a member of the Amaranthus family, and can be a wild flower or a food source or an unwanted plant (a "weed") depending on how you define it.

It this is a plant you do not want growing where you do not want it growing, it is, in your eyes, a "weed".
