Trying to make moss grown on the side?

Hello everyone I am new to the community! Recently I stumbled on a video where this person grows Java moss on the sides of the glass and on the floor of the aquarium my question is how can I do this?


If someone can give me a general step-by-step approach I would appreciate it.

I know they use hygrolon but this isn't available in the US as I am told. Any ideas?
