It certainly looks similar to 'Ballerina', but there are a few other roses with that same look, so I wouldn't like to say for sure- especially since it isn't a rose I grow.

You might want to post the same photos to the 'Rose' forum to see if someone who actually grows 'Ballerina' feels comfortable saying 'yes' or 'no'.
