living room/dining room

Help, I want to get new furniture but I don't know what to do. I would like to get the most seating space. We have put our TV up above the fireplace so that has given us a lot more room. We have Hot water heat so we can't knock out the back window. I would like to make some kind of dining space also. HELP

I don't understand your poll. If we vote for a picture, do you get new or keep it? Are you going to dispose of all the furniture and buy new. What is your style. Likes dislikes? Budget?

What does the door in the picture lead to? What size is the room? Can the hot water heater move to another location. In looking at the picture you have to many chairs.

I a sorry I should have not put it with a poll I don't know how to remove it. The door leads to the front door which we don't use and 2 closets
