I have about 800 sq ft flooring that I want to switch out to dark wood (engineered) floors or dark wood like ceramic tiles. This area would be the majority of my downstairs, including living area and kitchen.

The first 2 pics are ceramic tiles while the last is engineered wood; the last picture of the 2 rooms that need the flooring change. Since I need new flooring in my kitchen, I am leaning towards the ceramic tiles, but am worried that they do not look real (and cheap, although in price they are not).

Please help as I have been debating between the two. Does anyone have dark wood like ceramic tiles that they love? Do they look realistic enough to be confused with hardwood?
