Sure doesn't look like the Tarahumara form. Section Scorodonia is Mexican, with some getting into Guatemala, and all share similar leaf textures. Leaves are for the most part 1 to 2 cm long, occasionally 3 cm (over an inch).

I can't tell about the flowers. Collection data would be nice.

BTW, Scorodon in ancient Greek is their word for garlic

Nothing about it lookalike a S. melissadora that I am familiar with. But I am not a huge expert. I know about what is in my backyard.
