Newbie question

I want to get a hydrangea bush but I don't have too much space. I would want to get a dwarf variety, and today I saw Little Lime and fell in love. But at 3 to 5 feet tall and wide, I feel there is not going to be enough space for it where I want to plant it. Is it possible to have it around 3 feet tall and wide by pruning in the spring? Will it still produce enough flowers?

Yes but understand that pruning it will become a regular annual chore on your To Do List in the Spring. Perhaps add it near the one that says "fertilize and add more mulch if necessary"? :o)

PS - You may want to check the Hydrangea City Line Series too that includes small mophead hydrangeas like Berlin, Mars, Paris, Venice, Vienna, etc.

Is little lamb smaller. I know it is not exactly same as Little lime, but it is fluffy and a good bloomer. Check it out "little lamb"

No, I kind of thought Little Lamb was about the size of Nikko Blue (6x6') and Little Lime and Little Quickfire were 3x5.

Thanks guys! You gave me quite a bit to look at. Cityline series looks nice, and probably perfect for that space, but I also like Bobo! I see they also can be grown in the pot. That's something to think about

I have Bobo and it gets sun until about 1 and it has done great and stayed small.
