I didn't think mold could start in a sterile, sealed container that had been sprayed with a fungicide. I don't think it could be too wet as they are laying on turface which doesn't allows too much moisture to touch them. I have started cactus seeds with more water in the mix and they haven't had mold.

I heard diluted hydrogen peroxide could help treat the mold. Would that help save these seeds?

It's still mold, though. You can try treating it with hydrogen peroxide but I agree with Gill. Scooping that out is probably your best option although if that was my tray, I will instead scoop the uninfected ones, clean them up and plop them into a freshly sterilized medium. That one seed and others infected are done for.

First, wipe down your container with alcohol but do not seal it. Put shrink wrap over it and punch some holes to provide some air circulation.

I sprayed it down with diluted hydrogen peroxide and let it sit in front of a fan for a couple of hours last night. I got rid of the two seeds that had signs of mold at the same time as well. I've left the cover ajar to let air flow in. Checking this morning, I didn't any more signs of the mold and a couple seeds had sprouted. As an experiment, I'll leave these guys as they are to test the effectiveness of the hydrogen peroxide treatment and the effects of leaving the cover slightly ajar since these were cheapy ebay seeds anyway. I don't want to grow too many adenium as I like to have variety in my succulent collection and I have very limited space on my balcony. It is pretty humid here, but I'm afraid that the seeds will dry out if I leave the cover off while I'm at work. If these fail, I'll try out ordering from Mr. Ko since I've read so many good things about his seeds.

The media and the box may well have been sterile but was the seed? I doubt it, and it obviously had enough moisture within it to start the mould growth off in an enclosed warm situation....as I said, it's a fine balance, been there several times myself! Not personally, my seeds I mean! Good luck.
