Kitchen Refresh Take 2!

You all were so helpful helping me decide what colors to use on my kitchen cabinet redo, now I need help picking the actual paint color and fabric for the windows.

To recap, I have a 1942 brick colonial. The kitchen was probably redone in the 1950's and not since then. I have boomerang countertops, which I love and are staying, tile floor that I hate but it is staying. I want to paint the bottom cabinets a light aqua, and the upper cabinets a creamy white and accessorize with coral,

red and light yellows. My kitchen table and chairs are a bright turquoise vintage set with an additional red vinyl and chrome bench. I My kitchen has two windows (one facing north and one facing east) but it still seems dark to me. Window treatments will be something I make out of a Marimekko esqe fabric. I am going for a funky, colorful kitchen with a little retro vibe. Right now I love the layout of my little kitchen and functions beautifully (except for the 20 year old little fridge) so I am not interested in changing the layout just need to desperately cheer it up.

1) Aqua color - considering SW Breaktime or Rainwashed. I love rainwashed and have used it before but I am concerned it might look too gray without a lot of natural light.

2) Upper cabinets - SW Dover White or Creamy? Our trim is white and I have no idea what the color is. Is Dover White or Creamy not off-white enough?

3) Also any fabric suggestions you have for the windows. I will sew some kind of roman shade.

Also sorry about the pic in the middle I can't move it for some reason. Also sorry about my dirty kitchen! It's not always so dirty, but I think that fresh bright cabinets will make me want to clean it more. :)
