Rooted seedlings

Hi -I have some camellia cuttings that are just starting to root. I potted them up in likeare solo cups a little over 4 weeks ago. They have been in a clear container with a lid in bright shade.

I used rooting powder and put them in sand. My question is.. Now what? Do I leave them in the same for a few more weeks? Should I move them to a mix of sand and some type of soil or peat? I saw the root when I eased one out. I can't see the roots through the cup yet. Should I leave them in the cups but open the box? Do they need a weak fertilizer now?

These are cuttings from a plant my mom planted when I was about 12 months old and the property is being sold. I really want them to survive.

Thank you!
