Looking good

my favorite crop to grow and eat. love those sweet potatoes. i eat them all winter.

Couldn't wait any longer, so I had to do some test digging. I dug 5 plants under black plastic mulch and 1 plant without mulch. I ended up with 18.5 pounds from 6 plants. I had one chewed on under the plastic, so I will get started digging those soon, but I will wait on the rest.

Under plastic, I also started at the end and it probably didn't get as worked as deep there. I am hopeful to get better ones further down the row.

Without plastic, more uniform, more total pounds on one plant, but smaller individual potatoes (at this time)
