Hang it so it won't crash when you open and close dresser drawers.

I have a floor-length framed mirror from West Elm that we were using as a leaner on the floor, although it does have things on the back to hang it. I have had it leaned on top of my dresser for about a year now and it hasn't moved....I've always wondered if one day I'm going to get squashed.

Since we don't have kids, I am not worried about it. But the mirror is quite heavy and and drawers are really sturdy. I think if you can, hanging it is probably more secure.
