My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We had to put in a new header as this was a standard slider and window. The door manufacture is Kolb out of WI. 50 yr guarantee aluminum clad with wood interior. Is was about 8K all told. 12' so when both doors are open you have an 8' opening. Two screens come together so bugs are not an issue.
