Should we carry the Nantucket Fog through the whole living room and kitchen? Or do a lighter color on the other walls?

I like to use different tones of the same color for greater depth. We used SW Loggia and two other similar tones.

I prefer the current living room color over the gray. Gray can quickly make a home look dreary.

It's actually more of a bluish color. That's the new color. We only painted a few walls so far and are trying to decide on the other walls. We are thinking using burnt orange as our pop color. The dirty beige is the old color and we hate it.

I think I would use 2 tones lighter of the current new paint color from the same palette for the other areas. Quietly subtle transition between the spaces, yet still different. Very cohesive flow from one space to another.

Thank you LB. the Nantucket fog is the lightest on the strip. Trying to figure it out.

If you ask the salesman, I think he can help. He will find some more tones that the base color is drawn from. It will probably be in fan deck of the company colors.

The glass slipper and Brittany blue look nice. I wonder if they are the same tone as Nantucket fog.

I would maybe use a sand beige. Like the color of sand when its slightly damp. It's darker and sorta gray but still beige and naturally warmer. It will keep things from feeling too depressing or gray or blue but still be modern and fresh.

Try opening my link again. There are 2 strips of coordinating colors for Nantucket Fog.Then click on the second strip where both of those colors are. They are labeled.
