I am in the final stages of designing my house, but I'm stuck on larger garage vs shed. I need somewhere to store my riding mower and lawn tools, but I don't want my garage to stink from the grass clippings and the mower. I have thought about adding a 3rd bay to the garage with a dividing wall for this equipment or leaving the 2 car garage or building a 10x12 shed.

Cost is an issue of course. What would you all recommend? My house will be fully bricked, if I built a shed I would use some siding but it would have to look nice. Your opinions are appreciated.
