When they are beautiful, they don't have to be exotic. The boxes will probably be exploding soon! Very nice job.

Do you know the ID of the goldish plant at the bottom of the 1st pic? I have it & don't know what it is. Will appreciate a response one way or the other. Everything looks healthy & fabulous!

Tabb, I think the golden succulent is either a graptopetalum or a graptosedum. I'm leaning towards the latter. That sunrise color is gorgeous.

I can always talk succulents. Let's definitely touch base in spring. I'm currently filling a large greenhouse and already have ideas of what would be extremely happy for a chance in Louisiana. It's such a beautiful state. I grew up in Fort Polk/ Alexandria.

Oh, and I've found the graptos to do perfectly fine outdoors in winter here, where it is a little colder in winter (8b) than there, surviving temps below 32 overnight (19F as low for this past winter). Might be worth a little experimentation with a small planting in case you tend to drag most plants in and out all winter like me :)

We can get back in Spring as I have more than enough that I'll have to give TLC to in Dec. thru March. They are under a covered patio on the South side of my house so usually I just throw old sheets over them. Thank God I have an enclosed garage that they call home when temps drop below 35*. Last year we dropped to mid 20's so they stayed a couple of weeks on that visit. Ha Ha!
