Does electronic ignition mean it can't be lit during a power outage? (Natural gas ventless)

    Hello, Thanks for your question. No, electronic ignition uses batteries and CAN still be lit during a power outage.

    Can this be recessed into a wall between the living room and dining room? Space is an issue. Or will this stick out 13" into the room? Can any type of wall be around the fireplace i.e. ship lap?
