Have you checked under the leaves ?

It looks like "leaf Edema " .The common cause is over watering.

Another possibility is this variety's characteristic, as you have had the same issue in the past..

It might also be over fertilization. In this case the edges of the leaves will dry up and get crisp.

Probably it is NOT a disease. That is the good news.

I see on tomato plant leaves Edema seems to have blisters or irregular raised bumps, mine are highly symmetric and not raised, nor is there any sign of infection on the underside or noticeable penetration. Further, there are hundreds of tiny pinprick spray paint in appearance 'dots' which are all uniform in size and mainly on the inside (not outer edges) of the leaf. They definitely appear to also have lost color and are a bit drier than normal. The plants were actually purchased from an organic farm but the variety has been successful for me until last year.

I took this photo of the underside today, and to my astonishment saw 3-4 tiny creatures crawling. It was hard to see at first but need some confirmation this could be it although I don't know why they would exclusively feed on the cherry variety only. If this is indeed mites, what is the most effective remedy?

Edit: I pulled out my microscope, these look like double black spotted mites.
