My Chamberplain Lift Master 1/3 HP garage
door part number is 41A5021-1F. It
opened but could not close even I held the button on garage wall. The garage
door opener light was on without flashing. I had to pull the emergency release rope to close the garage door but I still could not open it. When I tested the door by blocking the
receiver sensor by my hand, the garage door opener light was not flashing but
on (It is supposed flashing). I could hear the motor click sound when I pressed
the button on the garage wall. Since the garage door opener light is not flashing
but just on when I pressed the button on the garage wall, I am unable to turn and adjust the Up and Down control. What is
the problem?
