Pepper Problems

I have a Carolina Reaper plant and its blossoming but no peppers its small and i heard its supposed to get 5 ft tall but mine is barely 2 ft ive had it for 2-3 months now but barley any growth only about an inch or two maybe less if anyone know what to do or has any tips please tell me heres a picture
