My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How sturdy is the unit?

Wondering if unity is sturdy enough to use for rolling dough and chopping and cutting?

    This is hard to answer because we have not
    done any chopping or rolling dough with the cart. I can only say that on the
    under side of the stainless steel top is a piece of wood and two wood beams
    supporting it. Also note, you must use a cutting board and not cut directly on the
    stainless steel top.
