I agree, I think the lighter gray (the one in the middle) will work the best. It pulls out the medium gray tones in your backsplash, and will add some contrast between your white cabinetry.

Thanks for backsplash info. I suggest you look for some light gray samples instead of the medium gray and the white samples.

From your photos, I agree that the medium gray works best. After going through this same exercise myself, I suggest you check out these Zodiaq and Corian swatches. You'd have to get actual chips of course, but maybe this will jog your imagination. Good luck.

Thank you for all your advice. We're brought home so many samples, I had to see a chiropractor (! ! !) But seriously, the Zodiaq Dove Gray (light gray in the photo) is a beautiful tile, but throughout the day, when the light changes, so does the color of the counter top.

Is it too late to say "all whites do not have to MATCH" I have a guest bathroom with 3 shades of off white that is bright, clean, and very inviting and I love the accent color freedom.

Gjkoland, we have a toilet, bathtub, steam shower seat and a sink that are four different shades of white ! ! ! LOL . . . I don't mind it either, because the rest of the tile works just fine with it all. Thanks for posting.

Hi, I prefer "gray" as the transition color between the different tones in the backsplash and the white cabinets. How about a lighter gray - like Corian's Pearl Gray? I think that would look nice. Here's a picture of Pearl Gray with white cabinets. Hope this was helpful. Good Luck! Y
