My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Window, soffit, and sconce.

Did the window have to be custom made for that opening? The sconce I can see is lovely - do you know the source? And... It seems to me, especially in ranch remodels, that soffits can really help with refitting electrical, or cabinetry... just wondering about your thoughts. Thank you so much!
