My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Variegated Dbl. Red - First blooming

I received this tree from Warunee of Thailand about 1 yr. ago. Got a single white variegated and Dbl. Pink/white variegated also.

    Nicholas, Yes I wanted a couple variegated and got them from Warunee.

    Your are correct about the Bougainvillea and P. geayi (looks similar to Lamerii). The other is P. saundersii and our Epiphyllum cactus in behind.

    just took a few photo's of back. Hope you don't mind.

    Always like the Tropical feel in back.
