I have two of these at the moment and an having problems finding a third locally but maybe I can find one next year. I like them. I don't count on the fall re-bloom but they are absolutely loaded with blooms in the spring.

I moved them at the worst possible time (July in a heat wave) and despite it, they are doing well and have a few blooms on them right now. I'm just glad they're alive so the blooms are a very happy bonus! lol

My Dad got me these so they are special to me.

I would like to find something to plant in front of them and have been looking at dwarf varieties of azaleas and rhododendron but can't decide. I would love to have something fragrant.

This is my first garden and I'm driving myself crazy with plant choosing. Right now I have hostas, heuchera, ferns, lenten roses, and astilbe in the bed but there are a couple of areas that need something.

I want to put a third encore next to the other two at the top left and possibly a small fragrant bush in upper half of the bed. At the moment I'm planning to put Stained Glass hosta directly between the trees but it's not set in stone.

Here is the other half of the bed. It was planted this spring so everything is still a baby, but I have high hopes for the future.

Since the azaleas are purple I was looking at fragrant pink azaleas but I'm afraid I'll choose one that gets too big and have to move it. I've learned that sometimes the descriptions I've found aren't really that accurate as to sizing.

Any suggestions or opinions welcome. I apologize for the book.

Oh, btw, this area is mostly shade and gets dappled sun from about 1pm on.
