We are retired and building our retirement home 2600sf. We're in a arts and crafts community but we're not crazy about that look. Here's the front elevation showing panelized shingle siding. We're going crazy to try and select a color for the siding and trim. The front is mostly windows so maybe it won't matter. ? Any ideas from anyone. We spoke to one designer who wants $200/hr and we don't have that in our budget. What do think about a stucco finish? We really don't want any white and our window trim is creme/beige. Our roof will be med gray and our front mahogony door will be stained a rich med. brown. Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions!
