How come threads get pushed down the list when there hasn't even been any replies to said thread?

Marianne: All depends. The superhots pretty much become sauce or dried powder. Everything else gets eaten fresh, roasted, dried and reconstituted later(if it's a variety that has good flavor dried), pickled. Freezing is also an option but then the dishes are limited because they lose their crispness.

Then, there's always family, friends and neighbors. Surprisingly, there's hardly ever a time throughout the season that i feel i need to freeze because there's just TOO many.

Nice!

Love seeing the pics. My season should start this week (high of 91 on Friday!!!!) and I've got several plants loaded with buds so I'm hoping to start setting again--seeing your harvest makes me excited to see my plants wake up. Makes me remember why I bother!
