My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I live in a 1960's colonial and this house is exactly what I have envisioned for our addition and remodel. Was the roofline changed? Are there any more pictures of the finished project?

    This house was built on part of the original foundation but from the foundation up it is all new. The only other picture that we have of this house is on our webpage at Crisparchitects.com, choose Renovations and scroll down to "Family Farmhouse". Glad that you like the design.
