This is a pre-made banquette from Ballard Designs. We sent our own fabric to be used to upholster it for durability and color purposes, but Ballard has many options to choose from as well.

Same question, I want to do a banquette in my kitchen and I'm not sure if I should hire someone to build it or if I can find furniture that will do the trick

We were able to select the appropriate fabric & select style of banquette which we desired from Bianco Brothers in Fort Worth, Texas. They were very helpful and make a high quality product. Msims17

The fabric is a COM fabric we sent to Ballard from Duralee.
