Are Most Squeegees Created Equal?

When I agreed to a black surround tile for DH's tub/shower surround, he was bathing (not showering) and hadn't showered in over 8 years. He said he had no intentions of showering again but we did install a shower + handheld just in case someone needed or wanted to shower. Wellll, one open heart surgery later (and having to shower for 6+ weeks), he has decided to be a shower guy again....yikes! Someone is going to have to learn the fine art of squeegee-ing and it's not me! <lol> BBB has several from which to choose. Any squeegee buying tips? :)

I like the Casabella silicone squeegee. It clips onto the shower arm and blends in with my white shower surround.

I like this one. I got a single edge one first, but then asked for the double blade one for Christmas last year, to the hilarious delight of my grown daughters (they love my very boring gift lists). I do think it works better.

I have the one leela4 linked to, as found recommended here on a previous post. Works great!

Yep, another recommendation for the one leela linked to. Had also found it here and bought it for the master bath. Will buy a few more when we redo the other bathrooms in the next few months.

Ettore has worked for many years without wearing out. Great for windows too.

Thanks for all the squeegee replies. I just placed an order with Amazon for the Cleret since it got the most "votes". That was the easy part. Now to get DH to actually use it! Plumber will be here tomorrow to tie in the shower/tub fixtures and set the toilet. YEAH!!! Hardware is in but I haven't picked it up yet. Mirror will need to be hung (I haven't found THE perfect mirror yet but this one will do till then) and one picture to hang. Oh, the shower curtain. I won't have to worry about squeegees till I can find a shower curtain. This is proving to be not so easy :o
