I wouldn't mount the TV over the fireplace, I would put it on the wall to the left of it. I'd then put the couch facing that, floating with enough space to walk behind it. The two chairs could then either face the fireplace with their backs to the doorway, provided there is enough space there to do so, hard to tell from just the photo.

Although it is usually not recommended to line furniture up against walls, you are limited. If you want to include a couch in this space, it would need to be against the longest wall with the 3 outlets. I agree that the TV would be best to the left of the fireplace on the wall. This gives you freedom to put two chairs on a large area rug facing the TV and fireplace. You will need to define spaces in this area. Just be sure you aren't too close with any furniture to your front door.
