My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is generic white oak flooring in 5" and 7 " widths with a custom mixed grey stain. It was installed and sanded in place, then stained and sealed by a flooring installer.

    hiya - i absolutely love the floor (and fireplace) too. Can you share the details of the custom mixed grey stain? would love a similar effect with the floor in my house (choosing a stain right now)

    Its also a very high grade White Oak. Select & Better if not Clear grade.

    The high grade white oak flooring had a very custom complex mixture to create this grey stain. Unfortunately I do not have this color combination.
