That's Archontophoenix cunninghamiana aka King Palm. They like lots of water..not a palm from a dry climate. They do with watering thrive in California zones 15-24 Sunset;

Thank you. I just googled it and saw pictures of the fruit. I usually cut the flowers as soon as they appear; however, I think I've removed old ones before and I've never seen red fruit... any fruit. Do you always get red fruit after a flower from king palms?

Red is the ripe color… starts out small, greenish at first.
