My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Do you have any problems with FL humidity/moisture with solid hardwoods? We are being told that we should use engineered woods rather than solid due to that problem (in Merritt Island/Fl East Coast).

    jronhaar that is very sound advice. We are doing a project on Sanibel Island and its a similar situation. High quality Engineered Plank can be very nice and allow for site finishing or even refinishing.
