That's going to be very difficult because of the height of the plants. Many years ago, I did something like that in a basement room that was approximately 10'x10'x10'. I used one 1000 watt HPS bulb and one 1000 watt MH bulb. There were no reflectors, but, all of the walls, ceiling and floor were painted white because, in a highly reflective environment, the light intensity doesn't vary as much with height. But, this was only during the cold winter because, in the summer, the heat generated by 2000 watts of lighting would have been too much without extraordinary ventilation or air conditioning.

Most of my tropicals/subtropicals are dormant or semidormant over the winter in the basement, where I have fluorescent light stands and a couple of inexpensive LED fixtures for supplemental lighting. Most of them get peripheral lighting and do fine. I overwintered a six-foot potted Musa this past winter placed on the edge of the growing area (originally I cut it back 1/3 to bare trunk, but it sprouted new growth and zoomed upward like nothing had happened). If you want active growth and bloom you'll likely need stronger light and to keep temps on the warm side.

Not looking for active growth - just to keep them alive ... I am going to try so grow lights, and say a hope and a prayer!

okie, I am doing the same thing except I have too many elephant ears, cannas and musa for my whole house. Those I will wack back, let dry and hope for the best in the garage (about 40-35 so it is iffy). The biggest heartbreak are the gorgeous begonias and hybiscus which will soon be dead. I know you can take cuttings but my light areas are pretty well packed. I hope yours all do well.
