My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Charles Darwin opens in the sweltering 90's

Sept. 4 - first bud ever!! Sorry about the blur (cameras fault).


Sept. 7 - temps. have shot up to mid 90's; it's a buttery ochre with a bull nose. Oh well.


Sept. 9 - how can this be? It turned pretty in our sweltering heat.


Closer to catch the yummy buttery white.


I can't stop taking pictures. I think I might love this flower.


In shade camera can't catch proper color but shows the wonderful petal dance going on.
