effect does not wear off, but it is not a rapid kill… takes up to 3.5 days to kill fleas, so if there is a source of new fleas (such as in outdoor cats) then you may continue to see new fleas.

OK, it is now two weeks since I put Revolution on him and I am still seeing live fleas. He does not go outside. I wonder if our super heat wave this summer is somehow a factor? Is it possible I got a bad batch of Revolution? How soon can I put more (or maybe Advantage) on him again?

It works great on my cats. But I put it on my neighbor's cat and it didn't work. Of course, she was already covered in fleas, but still. I expected results. Wait a couple more weeks and try something different is my advice. Nothing works well on my dog, everything I've tried only helps somewhat and only for about 3 weeks. you can put Advantage on right now… completely different product, with a different action, and does NOT get into the system, so very safe to use after or with Revolution.

Well..i think maybe u should use other brand..im using product named Fleapro..its so damn cheap..1tube 2.5ml can used up to 3adult cat..only cost me MYR13...im staying in malaysia :)
