My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

There are size buttons on the Houzz listings that change the size/price within a listing, and sometimes it's difficult to see when they've been changed. There is an option for an 8'3 x 11 size in this rug as well as the 9'6 x 13'6 size, so that might have been where everything got mixed up. As long as the right size button is clicked when ordering, everything should go smoothly and true to size!

Let us know if you need anything else!
