I'd say that any college that accepts you would be the best one. Many colleges and universities have botanical studies.

Another important decision to make is where are the jobs in botany and where do you want to live.

For example, I loved botany in college, but the nearest job was way far from my chosen living area, so I got a dual degree in biology and teaching and became a teacher and went on to become a master gardener on my own. Now I am retired with a nice pension from my job and still studying botany for my pleasure. Think of your future, especially important these days. Good luck!
