Pure Convection v. Convection Bake

On another thread, someone mentioned using "pure convection" vs. "convection bake". My oven is a Fagor (European oven). This is their description of the convection feature:

"GOURMET EUROPEAN CONVECTION SYSTEM

The genuine European convection system features a third-heating element that
surrounds the two-speed fan at the back of the oven, circulating pre-heated air.
This allows a more even distribution of heat, within the oven, resulting faster
cooking and no intermingling of flavors when cooking several dishes at once". The cooking modes are bake, convection bake, broil, convection broil, convection roast, and dehydrate.

I know it works great (I actually CAN bake 3 racks of cookies evenly without moving the pans around and with no scorched areas), but I'm wondering what the difference is between "pure convection" and "convection bake" since I only seem to have one or the other.

While I'm at it, what's the difference between "convection roast" and "convection bake"?
