My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Cowhide rug

I know there are a lot of places out there to get a cowhide rug (even IKEA has them now). Where did you find yours? Was there a real difference in quality? I want to incorporate one in my bedroom, and am interested to know what went into your process in finding the right hide for you. Thanks!

    I'm the homeowner! The cowhide rug is from a local store in Austin called The Corner Shoppe

    Yes, cowhide comes from many different places. If you want to go for a hide, that will last long and later can be used for upholstery, go for Brazil cowhides, these are chromium tanned which makes them softer, smoother and shiny.
