I kept mine covered and very moist for about a week. For now, gradually acommodate them to brighter and brighter light. Adeniums love sun, but younger plants need a healthy root system before they can tolerate full sun. I am keeping mine very wet, but they are being grown under artificial light, as I don't have any more room by the window.

You can take off the plastic wrap and put the pot on the counter in sunshine so they can harden off. They could go under lights, if you have them, in a day or two. Or put them in a bright window.
