Appreciate advice for my qn on this tillandsia:

a) ID : is this a tillandsia tricolour ?

b) I am concerned over some yellow spots found on the leaves. Is it a pest / care issue ? I gave this baby a soak for an hour on a weekly basis (no misting in-between), and hang it upside down to dry overnight before putting it back to its tray.

c) A few of the leaves seems crinkled as well - is it another care issue ?

The plant is placed on an shelf with indirect sunlight at my balcony (good air circulation and high humidity)
