My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Client: these are indeed Electrimirror.com's Trinity Lighted Mirrors and I LOVE them. A great altenative to the usual bathroom sconce lighting which I did not want above our vanity.

      How reliable are these mirrors? What happen when the light (bulb, neon, led??) or the mirror breaks? Can they be replace easily?

      We've been using these mirrors constantly for a little under two years now without any issue. The bulbs are LED and purportedly last around 8 yrs according to the manufacturer (see website cited in first comment)

      How about the need for overhead recessed lighting needs in addition to the mirror light? Trying to figure out how much flood light to get and use.
