To stone or not to stone?

The eyebrow bump out of our cottage/home reno was originally going to be faced with a light grey natural field cultured stone. The contractor said it could still be done, the white siding replaced with the stone. Now I don't know. We will be adding light grey shutters to the 2 small side windows. Not much room on the side of the larger bump out window. What do you think?
